I was in Birmingham for a reconnaissance for a charity event I am planning for Muscular Dystrophy UK. I came by train into Birmingham Snow Hill. I know the city well having worked there for many years. I hoped there would be a left luggage for a rucksack I had with me actually at the station. There wasn’t one but I was pleased that 200 Coffee shop, your partner did and knew from the address alone that it was very close to the station. I was pleased with the ease of use of making the booking on your website. I am 74 but am still active and am a silver surfer on the www. No big problems leaving the bag or collecting. The storage facility was down stairs and I needed to go carefully but the young lady who served me was very patient. PS If you are into charity work I am always looking
