The storage area was a tiny convenience store. They left our bags in the store in the open. They didn’t have a storage room or separate secure area for our bags. Very disappointed and would never use them again. Having to prepay before you even see the facility is not good.

Convenient and helpful!

Dropped off our luggage after getting off the train in Boston. It was easy and quick. Made it so much easier to hang out for the day before we could check in the hotel.

Just ok

Worked ok. I I didn’t like not knowing the address and location name until I selected it. Had I seen that my luggage was going to be held at a local convenience store, I would have picked a more reputable location. My luggage was held in a very small urban convenience store in the shopping aisles - not secured in a room. Despite my fear and lack of security, it was still there when I returned. Great concept, but the execution was not awesome.

Our stuff was stored, but it was not secure under lock and key. Would not store high valuable items here.

Pleasantly Surprised

Honestly have to say we were a bit nervous about leaving our luggage in the aisle in a small convenience store. However, all went well. It was nice to have a spot for our luggage to be while we explored Boston before it was time for our Air B&B checkin.
