Day at the cricket no bag worries

Good booking experience and once we realised how the system worked by dropping bags at hotels near tube stations was impressed with the business model. Hotel was expecting us and drop off and pick up quick and easy. Also good communication throughout, cheers

Could be better for piece of mind

Dropping my bag was easy although the hotel has a different name to that shown on the app. All left bags put in one room so control of access to others’ luggage was a worry. All good in the end though but some kind of tag and receipt system should be considered for the future.

2 mins walk from oval tube

Friendly staff. Only took a couple of minutes to check the bag in. Staff even allowed me to charge my mobile for a bit. Collected my bag later with no issues.
