We arrived in London and the early a.m. and could not check into our Airbnb. We took our luggage to this location and they not only marked the luggage before they took it back. They had us take a picture of it on our phone so that when we showed up, we could show them the picture to prove that it was our luggage in addition to our name. it was easy and effortless. We actually went right next-door into a wonderful tea shop and had brunch and tea and then return to pick up our l Luggage a few hours later.
