Nice idea but the app needs improvements

The idea is nice but with the app it's easy to book a place that's not open when you need. You need to be extra careful before finalizing the order. The customer service via chat is efficient. One appoint on the place where /i left the luggage (Etrusco Caffe' in Perugia: It was difficult to communicate with them when I asked my luggage back. They spoke bad Italian and bad English as well. Perhaps they were etruschi.
