Very difficult to find storage location. Not that secure, bag left in item reception area!

We left our luggage at the facility "sofia center" it was quick and easy.

my locker was at a hotel. When I came they didn’t ask me for a qr code and said to leave luggage in the ordinary room

This room wasn’t locked or something, and it was just a living room with sofa without any door at all, near to entrance to the hotel, so everyone could easily take the luggage and go away. Thanks God it didn’t happen but I was worried about safety
