Staff and luggage place were very nice. Location is a bit far from station and there is steep slope. It’s hard to walk with big backpack.

Pleased that the facility was available as there were no lockers at either Roma Street or Dentral Railway Stations

The only negative aspect was the long walk uphill which was difficult for me as I am 77 years old and have mobility issues. I suppose there is no way around this problem from your point of vies.

Handy

Whilst it was handy to drop off my luggage, it would have been great if there was a half day option. Plus the one closest to the station was booked out, so I had to walk a little further.

Convenient Storage

The location of the storage place was close to Central Train station where the airport train leaves. The booking worked well and the 2 customer service women were friendly. Because the place was actually a parcel post service, it would be good to put a sign with the name of the luggage storage company somewhere on the front window.
