The shop was tiny and we had 10 large suitcases. This meant that they had to store some luggage in the cellar and we actually had to help the staff by going around back and carrying the suitcases up some narrow stairs upon check-out. So no storage lockers or the like. As an international traveller, I would have preferred to encounter staff that spoke a tiny bit of English (the two women we met did not), as this made the process more difficult. Sounds negative, so why 4 stars? The system and app worked, the staff were polite and patient and got the job done. No significant problems checking our luggage in or out, even though we had to rely on google translate. A bit cumbersome, sure, but all in all our luggage was stored where and when I needed it to be without too much difficulty; and surely that's the point.
