The booking is easy. It was easy to find a place where I need to leave my luggage. The verification is straightforward and fast. When I needed to picked up the luggage everything was finished in minutes.

My colleague and I did not have enough time to catch our train to Frankfurt but needed assistance with storage while we pick up a few stuff at Bonn Center. We googled storage areas in Bonn, and found Radical storage. The guy (sorry we didn't get his name) who assisted us was very kind and flexible. He assisted check our baggage in using the check in confirmation we recieved by email. We collected our bags, and he allowed us to use the space to repack our items, and we left. No extra fees were charged or any other hassle. We would reccommend Radical Storage to anyone.
