Great option for storage — we dropped our large bag off for 2 days while we took a side trip to Gyeongju. The hotel owners were incredibly helpful and nice at both drop-off and pick-up. Right across from Seoul Station, so it is very convenient for any train travel

荷物の心配をする必要はなかった。ただ、窓には「ラディカル・ストレージ」の記載がなく、お店がわかりにくかったです。また、閉め切ったロッカーがあると思っていたのですが、そうではありませんでした。説明に明記されていればよかったと思います。

Pas de souci pour nos bagages. Pär contre, le magasin était difficile à trouver car il n'y avait pas "radical storage" mentionné sur la vitrine. Et nous pensions avoir des casiers fermés ce qui n'était pas le cas. ça aurait été bien que ce soit précisé dans le descriptif.

駅にロッカーがなかったので、直前に予約しました。徒歩5分で、手続きも簡単でした。

Booked very last minute as there were no lockers left in the station. 5 minute walk and easy process, would use again

Efficient and safe. We initially booked in another location, which was unfortunately closed (definitively). The online support cancelled it and we were reimbursed within the day. I can see the initial location was already removed from the possible storage locations.

少し見つけにくかったが、保管は簡単だった！ショッピングモールの中にあるコンピューターゲーム専門店だったので、場所を見つけるのに少し手こずりましたが、荷物を預かってもらってからはすべてがスムーズに進みました。荷物は保管室で預かってくれ、その日の営業が終了する前に荷物を受け取りました。

A little tricky to find but storage was easy! It was a computer games store in a mall so it was a little tricky to find the place, but once they stored our luggage, everything went smoothly. They kept the luggage in their storage room and we claimed it before they closed for the day.
