The process of organising the drop of of the luggage was very easy, also the staff was incredibly helpful, place was secure and safe.

at the time of check in, I was really exhausted with the stairs of 2 floors. There is no elevator and my 2 bag was extremely huge. But the storage open time was very long until 10pm, so I had to choose this site. But there was some unpleasant experience with this storage site. At the time of getting back my bags, the 'angel' told me some Italians words that, I think, I was too late and he was little bit angry and looked so unpleasant. BUT I WAS THERE AT EXACT TIME I MADE RESERVATION. I wasn't late even a second. Anyway, he said some Italian word I couldn't understand and some gestures. it was very exhausting for me. and I had to get my bags to ground floor without elevator again. If your bag is not heavy and you're fluent of Italian, you can use this site. but if your bags are heavy, I don't recommend this site.
