Simple process, nice people who spoke English. Luggage was stored in a locked room so felt secure. Very close to the train station.

値段も安く、荷物を預けるのに便利だったが、実際のロッカーはなかった。私たちはフレンドリーな店主に迎えられ（倉庫は店舗内にあった）、荷物は店の奥の部屋から預けられた。とはいえ、私たちの荷物が触られることはなく、すべて良かったのですが、安全面を考慮すると、実際に鍵のかかるスペースがあった方が良かったので、INPOST/AMAZONスタイルのロッカーを期待していました。

Good price and handy for leaving bags however please bear in mind there was no actual locker. We were greeted by a friendly shop owner (storage was based in a shop) and luggage was stored through back room of the shop. Nevertheless, our luggage was not touched and all was great but as a safety precaution we would have preferred an actual locked space and was expecting an INPOST/AMAZON style locker.

Good location, from the train station is around 10 mins walk, you can leave your luggage here and keep walking to the city center. Plus, super friendly people here in this shop.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything workt Out really nice. The store ist easy to find and stepfree accessible. The luggage is stored in the basement and the staircase is steep, so you need to watch your step.

First time we used the service and it couldn’t have been easier or more convenient ! The « angel » on duty was friendly and informative about local attractions.

最初の場所が閉鎖され、ラディカル・ストレージに連絡した後、5分先の新しい場所を紹介してもらいました。10分もかからずにすべてがうまくいきました。

My first location was closed, after getting in contact with Radical Storage i received a new location 5 minutes away. Everything ended well in less than 10 minutes.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Aya was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Not only was our luggage stored safely but we also got some incredible tips for Kyoto and the local area, as well as a very pleasant conversation. We would definitely store our luggage here again!
