Only left bags for an hour as we had a change of plans, but we dropped them off and picked them up with no issues whatsoever.

Needed somewhere to store bag while visiting Kensington Gardens. Asked several local businesses and nobody could help. Eventually found Radical Storage via the Internet which was 9 mins walk from High Street Kensington tube station. On arriving at 272 South Kensington Road, the staff were friendly and helpful and recommended we booked the bag in online as that would be cheaper so scanned the QR code from the sign outside and booked the bag in and paid via PayPal. £5 for 4 hours plus insurance of £1.75 which was compulsory. We didn’t need insurance as no valuables, onl clothes in bag so would have been happy to risk without insurance. Was given a ticket so we could collect bag later. On collection the man said he thought we were leaving the bag a few days so he got us mixed up with someone else but everything was fine. Would recommend and would use again.

My luggage was stored for 10 days without issue. The employees seemed unaware of the process when I arrived so I was never scanned in or out. I got my bags back so no harm no foul.

Unfortunately even though I booked the service, which was clear and easy, I was running very late to problems on the trains! Therefore I had no time to drop my bag off and ended up carrying it. But will definitely use again
