Had to leave the Bag in east london for 7 Days so made the booing but when I went to drop off the bag at the location no bar code was scanned or no receipt of receiving the bag was provided , shop person told me to just take the picture of the bag , I was little concerned as I had no written proof of drop off but had no choice as I had a train to catch for Paris , upon coming back to London when I went to pickup the bag they only ask the color of the bag , they did not verify I am the one dropped off the bag or even if I am authorized to pickup the bag this mean anyone can go and pickup the bag if they just know the color of the bag , upon my booking I was issued a QR code receiving location should able to scan that code and it should update in my account that I dropped the bag and for pickup shop shouldn’t hand over the bag Without verifying the owner information
