We were a little worried and skeptical at first, but this worked perfectly. We have 5 hours to kill before heading to the airport and we didn't want to have to truck 3 suitcases around while exploring the city. The staff at the cafe spoke English and they were very helpful. They even told me where we could catch a taxi afterwards.

Hello Alessandro, Here are couple of services that could be added on to make it more attractive to customers. 1. After scanning the barcode & taking the pics of the luggage at the time of checkin, it would be great to send a receipt that luggage has been checked in. The receipt can be a mail or whatsapp message with images taken above. 2. If a tourist is leaving their appartment/hotel, can you provide an option to let Radical storage pick up the luggage and take it to the storage facility after scanning the barcode? This is of course at an additional price. An agreement can be made with apartment owners to advertise this service on their sites. 3. Can you also offer for the luggage to be picked up from airport....again at additional price? 4. In the same tone, deliver the luggage at a location specified by the customer....at an additional price? Trust this helps your startup

It was easy to book via app and received the storage address immediately. Luggage checkin went smooth via barcode received at the time of booking. Pickup too was easy.

I wish I didn’t have to pay insurance. Good service tho

Easy to find, helpful staff and overall great experience

It was really easy to drop off my bag and very convenient. Very well-priced and great to feel the security of not having to bring around my bag. Would 100% use the service again.
