Excellent experience. Both staff members I talked to knew exactly what Radical Storage was and took out a phone to scan my QR code. They quickly tagged and stored the luggage as well as re-confirmed their closing time. Pickup was easy too. They scanned my QR code and grabbed my bag. I think you can literally see the train station from the shop's entrance - it's very close. Just go up to the cashier and say you're storing luggage with Radical Storage. I felt like my bag was in good hands. It was super affordable. And it made it much easier to move around town during my stopover.

Very friendly staff, check-in and check-out was quick, location is close to railway station. We could spent the day in Monopoli, while our luggages were safe in storage.

To be honest when we saw the facility we were worried. There was no need as the guys were super helpful and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone traveling in New York especially comparing the prices with those of JFK.

Easy and convenient to storage two large suitcases. The storage area is secured in a room that only staff have access to. Would highly recommend.
