Easy, great experience.

was very helpful to keep our luggage here while walking around town waiting to head to the airport.

My interaction with the staff at Gaston's Grotto was excellent. Chuck, in particular, was very affable, welcoming and accommodating. I was also pleased to enjoy a couple of satisfying meals. It was somewhat busy when I first checked in. I worked in the food service industry for 18 years and I scheduled my check-in and check-out for hours that would not be an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I did experience a travel delay and a later check-in. But Chuck checked me in with a professional big smile. The servers and hosts were also pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful service! Great location. We loved hanging around the neighborhood before heading to Spring Training for the day post cruise. We even hung around for some great coffee and a light breakfast. Will definitely use again if we need a place for our luggage to hang out for the day. Thanks again!

I was stranded in Tampa for 11 hours with two suitcases waiting on a flight. It was nice to have a place to drop off my luggage so I could visit the city.

I was on vacation in the Tampa area and we wound up having our luggage with us all day as we couldn't check in yet. My group felt better not leaving luggage in the car while we went to the zoo. I had read reviews so we used Radical Storage to drop our luggage at a bar and grill in Ybor. When we walked in, we were a little unsure what to do, but the staff was familiar and directed us to the manager. He scanned my app and took pics of our luggage. He let us know that only managers could retrieve it for us and who the other manager on duty later in the day was. Overall, it was quick and easy, and we felt our things were safe. We would use it again!
