Great hotel location near they Florence Santa Maria Novella station. Excellent service from the staff.

The service itself was good. However the localisation instructions were not very clear. There are 2 number 13 and the one on the good shop is not very visible, so we initially went to the wrong shop and thought for a moment that the whole web site and service was a hoax…

Really easy to use, chose this place last minute and seemed reliable. Very near train station and reasonably priced. Would defo recommend

Gilda was friendly and allowed me to use the washroom for free!
