매우 편리함

Very convenient

내가 탐험하는 동안 도시 한가운데 어딘가에 여행 가방을 놓을 수 있는 것이 정말 도움이 되었습니다. Radical Storage에 대한 표시가 없기 때문에 찾기가 까다롭습니다. 190번으로 문의하시면 도와드리겠습니다.

Really helpful to have somewhere in the middle of the city to drop a suitcase while I went exploring. Tricky to find because there is no sign for Radical Storage. Just ask the people at number 190 and they will help you.

Bag stored for a week

쉽게 찾을 수 있었고 가방을 놓을 수 있었습니다. 체크인 절차에 대해 확신하지 못했지만 확인을 위해 가방 사진을 보냈습니다. 탐색할 수 있는 좁은 계단이 있지만 모두가 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

Easy enough to find and we were able to leave out bags. Wasn't to sure about the checkin process but they sent us a photo of our bag after for confirmation. Some narrow stairs to navigate but everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Best option in Ho Chi Minh

It was a nice interaction. It was a bit challenging to communicate in English, but we managed. Angel was at the location when we dropped off and picked up the luggage.

Excellent angel

제 비행 시간은 자정이었는데, 저를 오후 8시까지 기다려주신 당신의 천사 한 분에게 감사를 전하고 싶습니다! 그리고 무거운 짐 없이 시장에 가거나 마사지를 받을 수 있어 너무 편리합니다. 하지만 스토리지의 초인종을 확인해야 합니다. 지금은 창고가 하나뿐이라 다시 이용할 때 호치민에 창고가 좀 있으면 다행입니다. 그리고 고객이 언제든지 짐을 맡기고 찾을 수 있다면 더욱 편리할 것 같습니다. 어깨 결림을 풀어주셔서 감사합니다:)

My flight time was midnight, so I want to thank one of your angel for waiting me till 8:00 p.m.! And it’s so convenient for me to go shopping at a marketplace or get a massage without my heavy baggages. But you should check the doorbell on your storage. I am happy if you have some storages in Ho Chi Minh City when I use again because I found only one storage now. And I think if a customer can leave and pick one’s baggage up at anytime, it’s more convenient. Thank you for freeing me from stiffness of shoulders:)
