Tricky to find

주소가 구체적이지 않았고 가방을 보관할 사람을 찾는 데 최소 30분이 걸렸습니다. 우리가 지역 편의점이라는 것을 알았을 때 그들은 서비스에 대해 전혀 몰랐고 관리자에게 전화를 걸어야 했습니다. 우리가 그것을 집어 들었을 때 신분증이나 아무것도 묻지 않은 다른 사람이 있었습니다.

The address was not specific enough and it took us at least 30 minutes to find who was meant to be storing the bags. When we did realise it was the local Convenience store they had no idea about the service and had to ring the manager. When we picked it up there was a different person who didnt ask for ID or anything.

찾기 전에 예약해야 했기 때문에 위치 식별과 관련하여 서비스가 혼란스러웠습니다. 나는 우리 여행 가방이 잠긴 시설에 보관될 것이라는 인상을 받았지만 위치에 도착하자마자 우리 여행 가방은 kwik-e-mart의 카운터 뒤에 놓였습니다.

Found the service confusing regarding identification of location as we were required to book prior to finding out. I was of the impression our suitcases would be storage in a locked facility however upon arrival at the location our suitcases were simply placed behind a counter in a kwik-e-mart
