Radical Storage

We left our luggage in the office near Buckingham Palace and were very happy with the service we received. It was very convenient and easy to book.

Good. I was under the impression that the bags were to be stored in the basement. We came back and they were still at the top of the stairs. Had concerns about theft when I talked about this when leaving them.

Easy to book, pay and store bags. Check-in and out was handled swiftly via QR code provided via the confirmation email. Protection fee charges per bag added additional cost and unavoidable.

Easy quick bag drop. Nice staff, clean shop, very convenient for Victoria and royal mews.
