It was okay. The bags were just put at the back of the room, not safely out of sight. The man behind the counter was not very friendly - the woman was lovely.

Easy to find, just across from south kensington station. Staff were very nice

Good location and got the luggage back okay when we went to pick it up

Very good service next to the South Kensington station. Easy drop off and pick up. The app did not provide e-mail confirmation when we dropped off the luggage after our code was scanned, which is something that can be improved from the Radical storage app perspective. Nevertheless the storage itself went very smoothly.
