짐을 찾을 때 몇 가지 문제가 있었고(앱이 작동하지 않았고) 직원이 영어를 못했지만 결국 온라인으로 이미 결제한 것을 이해해 주었고 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 공항으로 바로 연결되는 지하철 노선과 매우 가까운 곳에 위치한 편리한 매장 내부에 있다는 점도 큰 장점입니다.
Although there were some issues when picking up the luggage (the app wasn’t working) and the staff member didn’t speak English, he eventually understood that I had already paid online and was very helpful and friendly. The location is inside a shop conveniently located very close to the metro line that goes directly to the airport, which is a big plus.
