If you’re trying to find it: it’s a part of the Edicola Libreria shop, so you have to go there abd drop your stuff at the cashier. I wasted quite a bit of time trying to locate the place. Giving a lower rating because the confirmation email didn’t include clear instructions on where to go. The shop itself has no visible Radical Storage branding — only a generic “baggage storage” sign, which makes it hard to identify. The only one way I found out that it’s inside that shop — installed their iOS app, where it shows the store name. Additionally, the cashier didn’t speak English and initially seemed unaware of the service. Fortunately, another staff member was able to assist.

Prenotare il servizio è stato molto semplice, e anche l'esperienza di deposito/ritiro del bagaglio estremamente rapida e intuitiva grazie al QR code. Il negozio convenzionato con il servizio era nel mio caso una edicola/libreria all'interno della stazione, quindi un luogo sicuro e raccomandabile. Il prezzo del servizio a mio parere è un po' eccessivo specie quando si tratta di lasciare il bagaglio per poche ore (andrebbe commisurato in base al tempo), ma nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta.
