All went smoothly. Dropped our bag at this angel’s location without any problems. Got back in the evening and same experience - quick and easy pick up of a bag. This helped us to explore San Francisco without a heavy bag :)

Good experience

Like the other reviews said, the location seemed a bit funny and I would have preferred if my bags weren't right behind the counter, but the Angels were friendly and helpful and my bags were just fine.
