The storage is within a supermarket, it’s not a locker. Or at least we weren’t shown where our luggage is going. But the guy there was helpful, he showed us how to do the payment, we paid by card, fast and easy. As a suggestion, let the customers see where you place the luggage, it would increase the safety feeling.
