Easy way to get a friend to pick up something without having to stay at home all day!

Luggage storage but need to self lug

Our storage was at a hotel and I expected to be able to drop off the luggage at reception and pick it up there. It was surprising and a tad disappointing when the guy at reception asked me to lug the pieces of luggage to their basement down a steep staircase. So overall yes it's good that we had this service available to keep our luggage for the day but the service wasn't the best.

Very helpful when lack of luggage storage at nearby train stations!

Really helped me out when I needed to be out without a bag for the day and there were no storage options at Clapham Junction!
