我从上午 11 点就预订了仓库，当我们到那里时，仓库已经关门了，我们不得不等了 20 分钟，直到工作人员到来。不过一切都很好，谢谢你们的服务。

I have booked the storage from 11.00 am and when we were there the was closed,we had to wait 20 minutes till the officer arrived. But everything was okay,thanks for you service

当我赶到前一天晚上预订的寄存地点时，那里因为宗教节日而关闭了（当然，站台上并没有标明这一信息......）。幸运的是，我在附近找到了另一个可以接受我们预订的地方（巴勒莫火车站附近的一家文具店）。店员不太会说英语，但他们很可爱，接受了我们现有的预订。我花了大约 18 欧元，把 3 个背包寄存了一整天。

When I got to the storage location booked the previous night, it was closed for a religious holiday (this information was, of course, not indicated on the platform…). Luckily, I found another place nearby (a stationary shop near Palermo’s train station) that accepted our existing reservation. The staff didn’t speak much English but they were lovely. I paid about 18€ for storing 3 backpacks the whole day.

Staff molto gentile. Il Market etnico è molto vicino alla stazione dei treni e bus. Consegna e ritiro bagagli molto semplice. Super consigliato
