I'd just normal store

It was actually supermarket. the website indicated our bags would be tagged and we would be given receipts. The bar code did not scan, we were given no receipt or docket as proof either of ownership for collection or evidence that we had left our belongings with them. On collection, someone else was in the store who when we we explained why we were there took us to a back room where we found our bags had been put. He required no evidence of onwership from us - just let us take the bags.

The person at the shop was rude, he took our jackets and practically threw them in the room where he was storing the bags. The room wasn't padlocked and although there are cameras in the shop he can easily be distracted and someone can enter the room to steal the bags. Overall unpleasant experience.

Easy to find, nice place fast and smooth operations
