我有点失望，因为这些地点都没有显示Radical的标志。我花了20分钟才找到那个地点，因为上面根本没写任何标识。当我终于找到那个地点（一家咖啡馆）时，它却已经关门了。我步行去了最近的一家，但他们拒绝帮我寄存行李，我不得不重新预订并再次付费。现在我正希望能退还那家关门店铺的费用。所以，对我来说，这家门店的定位并不算方便。不确定我还会不会再用他们的服务。

I was a bit disappointed that none of the locations show the logo of Radical sign. It took me 20 minutes to find the spot because it's just not written anywhere. When I finally found the spot (a cafe), it was closed. I walked to the nearest one but they refused to take my bags, I had to make a new reservation and pay again. Now I'm hoping to get a refund on the first one that was closed. So, for me, not the easiest location spot. Not sure I would use them again.

我们到达时店门是关着的，向邻居（另一家店）要了电话号码后，10分钟左右店主就来了。他们态度非常友好，而且东西都保管得很好。

shop was closed when we arrived, they came after 10 min after we asked the neighbours (other shop) for their phone number. then they were super friendly and stuff was stored safe.
