I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a location that did not seem to actually exist in reality, and when I tried to contact support I was completely left hanging. I ended up getting a refund through my credit card company instead and have still never been acknowledged by customer support for radical storage after multiple attempts. I definitely do no recommend and feel it borders on a scam. Use any other service, but don’t waste your time or energy with this company.
