Great location, attentive staff.

It was great to drop our bags but the directions were awful. It thought we were driving not walking. We found it eventually. The location was great but the storage wasn’t secure, just a cubbyhole in a hair salon. I thought they would be locked up in a secure place at least.

Convenient location by New Street Station. However, when I checked the bag in it was not scanned even though I asked for this to happen as it gives the security of knowing it is safe

It was a bit difficoult to find the place. It has a different name that the one provided

When I arrived at the shop, a barbershop, to store my bag, a man told me that it was a wrong place and I should go to their neighbor. But Google and Apple Maps appointed the same place and the name of the shop was also identical and tried again. Then, other clerks welcomed me. He was a new one and didn’t know about the side business, they said. However, that’s none of my business. I felt really bad. Of course, I should add that there was no problem with storing my bag.

Although I was suspicious, it was a very good experience, it was easy to make the reservation, to pay and also, the location instructions were correct. It was an efficient solution to the luggage problem. Also, the price was ok.
