我们是3位老年人，为了去中央市场逛逛，把6件行李寄存了。在事先没有任何提示的情况下，还得把行李扛上3层楼梯，这实在太不合理了。而且还有一笔不可协商的安全费。那位姑娘曾试图帮我们把行李扛上去，我们对此很感激，但当我们回来取行李时，她却不在那里。我们只好自己把行李扛下楼梯，正要离开时又碰巧遇到了她。既然我们随时都能顺手拿走行李，这安保措施到底有多可靠？短短两小时就收了40.00多。

We were 3 seniors dropping 6 pieces of our luggage to visit at the Central Market. Having to carry them up 3 flights of stairs without any prior indication was very unreasonable. There was a non negotiable security fee. The girl tried to help us carry our luggage up and that was appreciated but she was not there when we returned and we took the luggage, hauled it down the stairs and ran into her as we were leaving. How secure is that when we could grab and go? Over 40.00 for 2 hours.

Very good experience and the people there were very friendly. The only thing is that they are at the first floor and there is no elevator so if you have big luggages maybe it’s not very good option.
