情况完全不顺利。我的二维码无法再用于取回行李——系统无法识别我的寄存记录，储物柜也打不开。我还发现我的海报被放在了室外储物柜的顶上，这意味着有人在没有通知我的情况下打开了我的储物柜。我在五反田的7-11等了两个多小时。你们的客服人员表示，如果没有Quadient提供的代码就无法打开储物柜，他们从未回答过我的任何问题，最后甚至完全不再回复。我的行李至今仍被锁在里面

It did not go well at all. My QR code no longer worked to retrieve my bag — the system did not recognise my deposit and the locker would not open. I also found my poster placed on top of the lockers, outside, meaning someone had opened my locker without informing me. I waited over two hours at the 7-11 in Gotanda. Your customer service said they could not open it without a code from Quadient, never answered any of my questions, and eventually stopped replying altogether. My bag is still locked
