It's very simple - you can scan the QR code inside to open the desired website or make a reservation in advance. You will receive a QR code, which you need to show to the postal workers, and they will take your luggage for storage. When you come to pick it up, show them the same QR code. It's post office.

We had to leave 1 piece of luggage for 1week while travelling around japan so we needed this service as the train lockers only keep it for 3 days . The drop off was easy and the pick up as well. You just needed the qr code. The center is for luggage handling services so it was trustworthy . The ladies were really nice

Excellent service from start to finish - we left our heavier luggage at a location in Ginza whilst spending days in Hiroshima, Nara and Osaka - before returning to Tokyo and collecting our luggage .. cool!
