Terrible experience. I paid in advance to store 6 bags and even paid extra for flexible arrival. When we arrived, the location refused our luggage, saying they DON’T WORK with Radical Storage and had repeatedly asked to be removed from the app. We were left with 5 children and 6 bags, forced to find another solution. The same happened to us in Malta in July, where the location was closed. Twice in two months. Completely unreliable. Never again.

SCAM — stay away from this company. They took €41 from me and never provided the code or even a proper booking confirmation. I’ve been trying to get help for almost a week, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. There’s no phone number you can actually speak to someone on. The only number they provide is a UK number with an automated message telling you to email them. Their supposedly available live chat doesn’t work either. I’ve sent emails and, despite the money already being taken, I’ve received absolutely no response. I’m still waiting for my refund with no indication that anyone is even dealing with it. There are plenty of alternatives offering the same service. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Avoid.
