Great value, open until late, so great if you are going to an event and catching a last train home. 5 minute walk from King's Cross and St Pancras.

Had dealt with two different staff members who were bith friendly and helpful. We stored our bag from 11:30am until 11pm and everything went smoothly. Bags are tagged and you get a reciept/ticket of your drop off. Super simple and great location just by King’s Cross.

Dropped two bags at Metro Express near Kings Cross overday. Picked up in afternoon. The short walk was over mostly smooth tiles so it was very kind to the weels :-) Then took Picadilly line to Heathrow. In all a very good experience except for a hick-up with the QR code in the confirmation email needed for checking the bags in and out. QR remained as a thumbnail... The kind man at Metro Express solved this, QR opened and I received a printed receipt. From there, everything was smooth.

Very good and close to the station.

Great service! Will use again for sure! great price and safe place to leave your luggage!
