For anyone working a standard 9-to-5, it’s basically impossible to get there in time without rushing on a lunch break or taking time off. The process itself is smooth, but the hours really need to be extended to at least 6:00 or 7:00 PM to actually be accessible for most customers. Great concept, just needs more realistic timing!
