Todo bien. La localización inmejorable, muy cerca de la estación de Atocha.

Fácil y rápido.

Amabilidad y cordialidad que se agradece, ya que todas somos personas mayores con poca experiencia en esto de dejar nuestras pertenencias al cuidado de terceros.

This location was but a few steps from the Opera Metro station and very convenient for us to use while waiting for access to our apartment. Booked reservation to store luggage when we left the station and walked the bags over for drop-off. Just a note for those who navigate to this location using Apple Maps, the entrance is around the corner from where Apple Maps takes you. After a quick scan on the QR code, our bags were gone and we were able to continue on with our day. Although my daughter who speaks Spanish was with us, the gentlemen who took our bags spoke some English too which made it easy for me to understand. Would use them again.
