Great service easy to find very close to Penn station

Fantastic option for travelers & close to ???? PENN NYC. I was a little sketch that there was no identification anywhere in or in front of the store that it was a Radical Storage site. The gal working the store also seemed like she may not have actually worked there, or knew about the store being a Radical Storage facility. However, I took a lot of photos and held my breath and turned over my bags, and everything was fine, and she was still there when I picked them up.

Storage location one block from penn station, ideal for us. Online booking was ok, but address not known till after payment. Price was good for a day,however we only used service for 5 hours. Staff were indifferent,

The app wasn’t clear about where our bags would be checked. The address given for the storage location was over a side door belonging to the New Yorker Hotel not the business that checked our bags. The name on the app was not reflected in the stores signage that we could see. This did not inspire confidence and wasted our time. Happily we were able to leave our bags and retrieve them successfully.
