Check in was completed by showing my reservation on my phone (qr code not scanned) and verbally providing my name and phone number. No receipt was given and the app never indicated that our bags were dropped off. The bags were kept in the public shopping area with a tarp loosely draped over the top (the sides of the bags were visible), which didn’t seem secure. Lastly, they didn’t check for any identifying information when I picked them up. They just asked “are these your bags” and let me walk out with them.

Easy to find, quick and friendly. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

People were friendly and efficient, site was close by our accommodation so we could walk there, just round the corner from the brunch place where we wanted to eat, near the ferry pier for later sightseeing and the tube for easy transfer to the airport. Ideal, just wish we'd used it on arrival. Thanks for our lovely last day in Vancouver!
