“背包客旅舍”在冬季下午1点至5点期间不营业，因此这段时间他们基本上不接收行李。我下午3点30分到达。幸运的是，托尼同意帮我寄存行李，尽管我当时并不确定行李是否安全。所幸当我回来取行李时，行李还在那里。地理位置非常便利，如果所有员工都能接受关于行李寄存和保管流程的培训，服务会更加出色。工作人员态度热情，乐于助人。

Backpackers is closed in winter between 1 and 5pm so they don’t really take bags during these hours. I arrived at 3.30pm. Luckily Tony agreed to take my bag for me although I wasn’t confident that it would be safe. Fortunately it was there when I arrived to collect. Very convenient location and service could be amazing if all staff were trained on the procedure of taking and storing bags. Staff were happy and helpful.

Safe and secure place, great location too. It’s close to everything you’ll possibly do at Bondi. Lovely gentleman, gave me tips on the near by walks. Fantastic service!
