Had a great experience with the short term storage. The storage facility is close to Gadigal metro and didn’t hv any issues with drop off-pick up of luggage. Very convenient.

We never actually saw a locker. It was just handed to the shop attended and he walked off with it. Everything was fine, I just thought it would be a series of lockers and we would lock it in there ourselves.

This place was so easy to get to from central station. You take the Metro train to Gadigal statio. Head to the Park St exit then turn left when you exit. Go towards the lights then turn right and cross the road. The place is then right in front of you. It's on the corner of Park St and Castlereagh St. You can't miss it. Drop off and pick up only took 30 seconds. It was so easy and it cost me $10.65 for 1 suitcase. I'd definitely use them again. 10/10.

When I went to book, I got charged an extra $2 or 3 for mandatory luggage insurance, which wasn't included in the original estimated price on the website. That is very misleading. Hard to find the storefront. The staff were helpful.
