I was unable to arrive on time as I chose as further and earlier time than the expected time for drop off as a new customer. I was doing so as I was at the mariner games and aren’t allowed to bring a non clear bag and wanted to simplicate as I took the bus. But I was able to fine alternative . I was wanting to be able to be reissued a refund. Thank you

Unsafe location, storage business was closed and couldn’t store our luggage. I would never use this again

The storage location was inside a tobacco store next to an area where homeless were living. The area smelled of urine and trash. The place had me write my own tag for the bag and a duplicate one for retrieval. Not the most secure

We used Radical Storage after our cruise because it was cheaper than the pier. Finding it was difficult since it’s inside a smoke shop with no signs. We expected lockers, but our luggage was stored in a back room. The area felt very unsafe, with many homeless people inside and outside who appeared intoxicated. Traveling with my wife and kids, we were shocked and uncomfortable. We won’t use this location again.

We appreciate the convenience and easy check in, but the store is located on a street occupied by dozens of drug seekers getting high next to the store and coming into the store to buy paraphernalia. The employees in the store are nice and professional, but the experience outside is quite unpleasant.

This does not exist at the advertised location. And if it did exist there, I would absolutely not recommend it because it’s in a sketchy place. There are much better luggage storage spots really close by, look into those.
