Important: there are no people working there! This locker is a bit tricky. We saw people who came and left because they were not sure how it works! We booked and paid it in advance. So we had to find out. THERE IS A VIDEO CALL access to client support service. We had to call the support to ask to open the lockers. We could not open it ourselves. So, if there is a connection or electricity problems, you may not get your bags back.
