服务很棒，店里的员工都很亲切。店里的几位先生和那位女士都非常乐于助人。要不是在酒店询问，我根本不知道有这项服务。酒店工作人员告诉我们，可以在办理入住手续前把行李寄存在哪里。因为我对电子产品不太在行，就把手机交给店里的那位女士，她帮我把一切都搞定了。他们还就各项事宜为我们提供了详细建议。

Great service, lovely people in the shop. Both the gentlemen and lady in the shop were very helpful. Didn't know of this service until i asked at our hotel and they told us were to go to store our bags until we could check-in. Not being technically minded I gave the lady in the shop my phone and she sorted everything out. They advised us on everything.

Checking in only took a couple of minutes, the staff were welcoming, and the whole place felt secure for leaving luggage behind.

The Luggage Storage near The York Dungeon was super convenient and easy to find from York City Centre. Drop-off only took a couple of minutes, and the staff were friendly and professional. It felt much safer and more reliable than using traditional luggage lockers, and I loved being able to explore hands-free before heading back to York Train Station. I’d definitely recommend it to friends visiting York.
