I booked what was advertised as “Luggage Lockers” but only after paying learned it was a staffed shop, not self-service lockers, and not even inside the metro station. I never checked in my luggage and cancelled at 8 a.m. for a 9 a.m. booking, meeting their stated refund window, yet they refused a refund. Customer service only sent generic replies, falsely claiming their FAQ clearly identified the location as a shop. I later found many reviews reporting the same things.
