The staff seemed a little hesistant to take our bags. We understood it when we completed the reservation on the website after arriving to the store. They possibly did not have enough storage to hold the bags thenselves but rather instructed us to go to a store on the opposite side of the street. It all seemed a bit shady and took a bit more time than normal but after all the bags were held there securely. When leaving we also had to return to the original store to 'check-out'.

Was a bit strange that I left the bags in a shop, but get them back from the other side of the street (50 m away).

Les dames sont très gentilles et l’endroit est près de la gare. En revanche, les valises sont laissées au milieu du commerce, qui est ouvert sur la rue, donc ce n’est pas très sécurisé.

Easy to find place, super close to Gare Du Nord but also an easy walk to Gare D’est. it’s a small souvenir shop, but helpful and polite lady took the bag, and it was waiting for me when I got back 6 hour later- easy, convenient and affordable. It’s my 3rd time using this app, and it just works- -recommend!

Staff Helpful - wasnt a locker which id missed in the ad . Close to the station. My luggage was safe
