Passeig de Gràcia 地鐵站 行李寄存

We left our bags here all day on the last day of our trip, we had an evening flight. The location is central, close to Passeig Gràcia metro station, very convenient for catching the train to the airport. The service was smooth, I felt the bags were stored securely. Small point to note is that there are several steps at the entrance to negate heavy bags, you’ll need to be able to lift them, but there is a lift to the upper floor where bags are stored.

At the check out time for all travelers, around 11h, it's crowded because everyone come at once. Staff simply cannot attend all at once. Simply as that. If you want smooth check in in bag storage, come a bit later and you will be attend quickly and efficiently. It's safe, and that means a lot.

The location was great for enjoying Barcelona without a heavy case in tow. Booking process very easy. The process itself felt a little open to abuse as we were able to enter the secure room to stow our cases, admittedly supervised by a bar person. Everything fine on collection so nerves were likely just because it was a new process rather than anything being wrong. Will use again.
