Our experience with Radical Storage has been extremely disappointing. Due to issues on their end, we were forced to leave our luggage behind in a foreign country, causing significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected expenses. What should have been a simple luggage storage service turned into a two-week ordeal of uncertainty. Despite repeatedly contacting their customer support over the past two weeks, we have received no meaningful action, no accountability, and no timely resolution.

Had a 7a arrival into Barcelona so I couldn't check into my hotel until 3p. Googled lockers and Radical popped up. Since I was in the area i left my bags here for a few hrs. It's not a locker. It's a grocery store but they placed my bags in an office. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall a good and seamless experience. Paid about $7 so I'd recommend them if you need a quick place to store your belongings.
